VanAlert has changed App Platforms (February 2021) so if you have not UPDATED your app from your App Store, then you should UPDATE as soon as possible. The old version of the app is not monitored nor is it updated content wise.

Once you update the app you will need to request a Password Reset Link.
At the login page of the new app, click the FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD link.
On the next page, enter in your email address and click the SEND LINK button.
An email will be sent to you with a new password so that you can log into the app. At this point you can go into your Profile Settings and set one that you'll remember more easily.
