OR - Portland: 1989 Vanagon Westfalia Camper

The van was spotted less than 24 hours later by an import repair shop owner. The owner noticed it was parked in a homeless camp and knew it didn't belong there. Called the police and the van was recovered. Van needs a super deep cleaning to get the evil out. Police found plenty of drugs and paraphernalia in the van.
