VanAlert member Phil spotted the bus in the Hollywood district of Portland. This is the 3rd vehicle that Phil has helped VanAlert recover. As for the bus, the sliding door is damaged, she's dirty. Stolen items are a tent, a sleeping bag or two and some tools.
