CA - Oakland: 1983 Vanagon Westfalia Camper

Recovered in good shape. Found through the SeeClickFix app for Oakland where a neighbor reported it as abandoned on their street. Someone was living in it in the Upper Dimond district. Recovered without issue, the person wasn't in the van at the time. Waited for OPD to arrive, then jump started the van and drove to my workshop to later go through the van more thoroughly.
