CA - San Francisco: 1986 Vanagon Westfalia Weekender

Someone contacted the owner and said they spotted a similar Vanagon but it had different license plates. The owner drove by the following day and it was in fact their van. The thief had cut the steering wheel to remove the two Clubs the owner had installed. The owner mentioned it was the same thief that had stolen this van 2 years ago. The owner is fed up and plans to sell the Vanagon.
